Transtech is so get in on the action today!

We are pleased to announce that Transtech Driven has been acquired by Navman Wireless Australia Pty Ltd. Navman Wireless is Australasia’s leading GPS Fleet Management provider and an operating company of The Danaher Corporation, ranked #149 in the Fortune 500.

This acquisition will position Transtech Driven as one of the largest regulatory telematics providers in Australia and further strengthens our leadership position in regulatory compliance solutions in the region.

Transtech Driven has prided itself on being an innovator, providing world-class service and producing market leading products. None of this will change. In fact, greater resource access will enable us to further build on our strengths.

Access to world-wide resources and expertise will assist in bringing new products and technologies to our clients along with an immediate increase in our geographical presence via Navman Wireless.

Transtech will operate as a business unit of Navman Wireless Australia and there will be no change to the day-to-day operations for customers.

Navman Wireless Australia has been certified by TCA as an IAP Service Provider, and Transtech Driven IAP Services will be provided by Navman Wireless Australia under a subcontracting arrangement with The Transtech Driven Partnership until such time as the IAP Services can be wholly transitioned to Navman Wireless Australia. We will provide more information to our customers on this transition in due course.

As part of the acquisition, you will now be invoiced by Navman Wireless Australia for services provided by Transtech Driven. We will shortly send you a revised Direct Debit Authorisation Form to assist this transition.

Transtech Driven and Navman Wireless Australia have partnered together since 2012 and have many joint customers already. “It is exciting to bring together two businesses with the same commitment to provide innovative technology solutions for the Australian transport industry”, said Andrew Rossington, CEO at Transtech Driven.

We look forward to sharing more information on this exciting development in the coming weeks.

Kind Regards

Andrew Rossington
