service days based on delivery frequency. SchedulePro will optimise customer
appointment days and balance volume over a planning horizon of 1 to 12 weeks
at a time. The system assigns customer schedule days over multiple weeks using
required delivery frequency, available schedule patterns, account volume and
geography.
